R. Bruce Kelly, CHAIRMAN - Mr. Kelly's current term expires 12/31/29. He represents region 1 which consists of the following parishes: Caddo, Bossier, Webster, Claiborne, Union, Morehouse, West Carroll, East Carroll, Bienville, Lincoln, Ouachita, Richland, Madison, Tensas, Franklin, Caldwell, Jackson, Red River, DeSoto, Sabine, Natchitoches, Winn, LaSalle, Catahoula, Concordia, Avoyelles, Grant, Rapides, Vernon, Beauregard, Allen, Evangeline, and St. Landry.

KELLY FONTENOT - Ms. Fontenot's current term expires 12/31/27. She represents region 2 which consists of the following parishes: Calcasieu, Jefferson Davis, Acadia, Lafayette, St. Martin, Cameron, Vermilion, Iberia, and St. Mary.

PHILLIP BOURGOYNE - Mr. Bourgoyne's current term expires 12/31/24. He represents region 3 which consists of the following parishes: Point Coupee, West Feliciana, East Feliciana, St. Helena, Tangipahoa, Washington, Livingston, East Baton Rouge, West Baton Rouge, Iberville, Ascension, St. John, St. Charles, St. James, Assumption, Terrebonne, and Lafourche.

BRIDGETTE HORTON - Ms. Horton current term expires 12/31/28. She represents region 4 which consists of the following parishes: Plaquemines. St. Bernard, Jefferson, Orleans and St. Tammany.

M. LARRY RICHARD - Mr. Richard is appointed to serve on the Board of Trustees by the Police Jury Association.

REPRESENTATIVE  JOSH CARLSON   -  Representative Carlson, a member of the House Retirement Committee, serves as an ex-officio member of the Board.   

SENATOR BOB OWEN - Senator Owen, a member of the Senate Retirement Committee, serves as an ex-officio member of the Board.
