Frequently Asked Questions

 For retirees and members that have received a refund in the previous year, 1099s will be mailed the LAST week of January. This is the same every year.

 2025 IRS Form 1099-Rs have been mailed out. If you do not receive your form timely, please note that substitutes cannot be requested until March 1, 2026.  At that time, you may request a substitute copy via RETIREMENT@PERSLA.ORG.
