When are 1099-Rs mailed?

For retirees and members that have received a refund in the previous year, 1099s will be mailed the LAST week of January each. This is the same every year.

Is my monthly retirement benefit subject to Louisiana state tax income tax?

No. See https://revenue.louisiana.gov/FAQ/Details/1216 for a copy of the law.

Our office will be closed in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday from November 27–28, 2025.
We will resume normal business operations on Monday, December 1, 2025.
