Retirees:
2025 IRS Form 1099-Rs will be mailed no later than January 31, 2026. If you do not receive your form timely, please note that substitutes cannot be requested until March 1, 2026. At that time, you may request a substitute copy via RETIREMENT@PERSLA.ORG.
There will be no retiree Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA) for 2026; a COLA was granted in 2025.
