The FTP upload process has been discontinued as of 09/15/2025. If you have not yet reached out to PERS to obtain the new method for submitting your contribution reports, please contact us at RETIREMENT@PERSLA.ORG to receive the updated instructions.

 2025 IRS Form 1099-Rs have been mailed out. If you do not receive your form timely, please note that substitutes cannot be requested until March 1, 2026.  At that time, you may request a substitute copy via RETIREMENT@PERSLA.ORG.


There will be no retiree Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA) for 2026.
